Graphic Designer at GrowMore Recruitment

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering creative ideas, and showing amazing attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling logos, designs, print, digital media, and other graphics as needed
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends
• Advice on best practices and optimisations throughout design projects
• Create visualisations that convey accurate messaging and undertones as dictated by the project
• Establish creative direction GrowMore and our clients within brand guidelines

Requirements:

• Between 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in graphic design
• Good knowledge of Figma (Adobe Illustrator a plus)
• Multitasking and ability to meet deadlines
• Flexibility and fast adaptation skills
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and team play skills
