Job Description

We are looking for an UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll be essential in shaping user experiences that are both intuitive and seamless. You'll be at the heart of our product development, ensuring that our healthcare technology is not only functional but also engaging and easy to use. Key Responsibilities

  • User-Centric Design: Craft intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital health products.
  • Collaborative Creation: Work closely with product managers and engineers to incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
  • Research and Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to continually refine our products.
  • Visual Storytelling: Create clear, compelling visual designs that enhance user experience.
  • Accessibility Focus: Ensure all designs are accessible and inclusive to a diverse user base.
  • Feedback Integration: Regularly seek and integrate team and user feedback to enhance design elements.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and develop the visual and brand identity of our products.
  • Technical Collaboration: Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a big plus.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a UX designer (industry experience not required).
  • Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and design methodologies with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX work.
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and address user needs and pain points effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Committed to creating inclusive and accessible designs.
  • Interested in leveraging technology to improve healthcare experiences. 
  • Keen on staying updated with the latest trends and tools in UX design.
