Job description

Frontline, LLC - Managed IT Services is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team!

We are seeking a high-energy, experienced, and passionate Inside Sales Rep who enjoys being on the phone to identify cold opportunities and set meetings for outside sales to close.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Reaching out to potential leads to schedule appointments and gather information to enrich our database.
  • Dialing 80-100 prospects daily, updating information in our databases, working with marketing to ensure collateral is being delivered, and booking appointments weekly.
  • Booking 2-3 appointments with business owners/C-level executives per week of the right fit.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Organizational Skills: You should be adept at managing a database of contacts and keeping track of detailed information. Training on our database system will be provided.
  • Personable and Confident: You should make people feel welcomed upon first interaction, have the confidence to initiate phone conversations with new contacts, and possess a persistent nature to ensure successful communication.
  • Positivity: With any sales job, rejection occurs more than success. The right individual will be motivated by rejection, knowing the next goal is being attained right around the corner.
  • Goal Oriented: The right individual will be hungry for success here, wanting to attain their goals. Average ISR goals are 80+ dials per day, 8 conversations per day, 2-3 appointments scheduled per week.

Compensation:

Base Salary $50k - $60k + Sales Commissions (meetings scheduled and deals closed)! Full Health Benefits (medical, dental, vision).

Hours of operation are 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday. No weekends. Base pay paid twice a month and commissions are paid monthly.

Requirements

  • Candidate should have 2-3 yrs of proven success with phone sales and use to making 80-100 calls per day.
  • You have a proven track record of securing meetings w/top level decision makers.
  • You can consistently record data accurately about those calls which means you can efficiently track information that are key indicators of performance and success in the job.
  • Don't mind (and may even enjoy) those weekly sales meetings and update meetings with the Sales Manager (and others), and come prepared to present on call activity and what's in the pipeline.
