Job description

As a Casino Manager, you will be instrumental in designing and executing targeted promotions, overseeing player communication channels, and implementing CRM initiatives that boost both player retention and revenue growth. Working closely with Country Leads, the Lobby Owner, and CRM teams, you’ll ensure a localized and effective approach that maximizes lifetime value.

 

These are your responsibilities:

Casino & promotions strategy:

  • Develop and drive the promotional strategy for our online casino, tailoring offers for different regions and player segments.
  • Design, launch, and analyze promotions for both high-value players and the mass market, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the bonus budget in line with marketing and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with Country Leads and the Lobby Owner to promote top-performing games.
  • Stay ahead of trends in slots, live casino, and emerging player behaviors.

 

CRM & player engagement:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies, including segmentation, personalized promotions, and retention initiatives.
  • Create and manage customer communication channels (email, SMS, push notifications, Telegram, etc.) to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Implement automation and AI-driven tactics to streamline CRM processes.

 

Data & performance optimization:

  • Analyze player data, promotional performance, and CRM metrics to refine strategies.
  • Define and track KPIs such as FTD growth, retention rates, churn reduction, and bonus efficiency.
  • Continuously improve segmentation models for better targeting and response rates.

  • Proven experience in a similar role focusing on casino promotions and CRM strategies.
  • Deep understanding of casino mechanics, bonus strategies, and player segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and apply insights to drive business decisions.
  • Familiarity with bonus optimization, retention strategies, and multi-channel communication.

  • 3+ years of experience in a casino CRM, promotional strategy, or marketing operations role within iGaming.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM tools like FastTrack, Optimove, or similar platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and A/B testing methodologies.
  • A track record of managing bonus budgets and optimizing promotional campaigns.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
