About The Role

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to collaborate with our team on a contract basis, contributing to the creation of exceptional digital experiences for our e-commerce platform. In this role, you will design user-centric solutions, refine user journeys, and help elevate our digital presence. This is a one-year contract opportunity, with the potential for renewal based on performance and project needs.

What You'll Do

• User Experience Design: Design engaging and seamless user experiences, focusing on optimizing customer journeys for our B2B/B2C portal and mobile app.
• Design Development: Contribute to the development of our app and improvement of our US-based website using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and React Native.
• A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to refine user interaction and platform performance.
• Quick Graphics Creation: Develop quick, visually impactful graphics to support digital initiatives as needed.
• Digital Style Guides: Assist in creating and maintaining digital style guides to ensure consistency across platforms.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UX design, preferably within e-commerce (Shopify) or B2B/B2C environments.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and React Native, with a solid understanding of web and app design principles.
• A portfolio showcasing expertise in user journey mapping, A/B testing, and visual design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work within project timelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a user-focused approach.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on Shopify websites.
• Graphic Design experience is a plus

• Reliable internet access
• Private remote workstation
• Availability to work Monday to Friday Pacific Time, weekends when needed
