We're seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager/DevOps Manager to drive business impact by ensuring our Sales Demo Environment is flawless and engaging. In this key role, you will leverage your technical expertise and program management skills to optimize our demo infrastructure, lead a high-performing team, and deliver compelling demonstrations that close deals and delight customers.

Here's a Closer Look At This Key Role

  • Environment Oversight: Own the Sales Demo Environment to ensure stability, high performance, and impactful product demonstrations.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the configuration, scaling, and optimization of the underlying infrastructure supporting the demo environment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of individual contributors, fostering growth and high performance.
  • Deployment Automation: Develop and manage automated deployment pipelines to streamline updates and demo rollouts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other teams to align the demo environment with strategic business objectives.
  • Monitoring & Alerting: Establish a comprehensive framework to proactively detect and resolve issues.
  • Security & Compliance: Uphold security measures and compliance standards within the demo environment.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously enhance the environment's performance and responsiveness through targeted optimizations.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Cultivate robust documentation and foster knowledge sharing to empower team members and stakeholders.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level support to swiftly resolve technical challenges and incidents within the demo environment.
  • Vendor & Tool Management: Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge tools and technologies to boost functionality and efficiency.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in technical program management or similar roles.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency with automation tools, configuration management, and monitoring solutions.
  • Deep understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. $143,000—$181,549 USD
