Your Impact:

This critical role is responsible for the creation of marketing materials such as proposals, marketing and sales to new accounts within the Data Center Services Business Division. The role is remote with the ability to work across multiple time-zones as required. The role will play an important strategic role in the growth of the Data Center Services Business Division, targeting and promoting to new accounts, leading the sales process through contract closure. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of high-quality marketing content creation and sales growth, strong personal and presentation skills, be charismatic, driven and have a proactive attitude to lead sales and marketing.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop communications strategies, plans and marketing material
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and customer challenges for Pearce to engage with
  • Present Pearce presentations to new prospects
  • Be the primary point of contact for the customer into the Pearce team through the sales process
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders to develop pricing, solutions and complete any quote documentation
  • Oversees the development of RFP responses proposals, bids, quotations, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from customers
  • Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects and maximizes business opportunities.
  • Actively participate in industry events

Core Experience

  • > 5 years of successful sales, marketing and business development management experience
  • Have a demonstrated portfolio of communications work, including but not limited to social media communications, technical collateral, proposals, presentation decks, printed material
  • Strong skills in succinctly delivering company value propositions in customer communications
  • Demonstrated success in a cross-functional and multi-division environment; effective interactions with diverse audiences of executives, mid-management, and subject matter experts to inspire understanding and agreement
  • Knowledge and understanding of Data Center Electrical Infrastructure including generators, UPS, power switching, etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Data Center Network Infrastructure including carrier landing stations, fiber/copper cabling, patch panels, DWDM optical equipment, etc.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented to successfully contribute to the Company's rapidly growing, changing, and complex environment
  • Understand the brand and target market /dynamics Comfortable developing new processes in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role, manage team members, lead assistant meetings, and supervises when needed
