Who we are looking for

We are seeking a Junior IT Administrator to manage user accounts, troubleshoot system issues, and support the configuration and maintenance of business applications. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with basic IT skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Create, update, and manage user accounts across various systems (e.g. DealHub).
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve system errors, performance issues, and technical bugs for efficiency and reliability.
• Customize and maintain document templates, and system settings to align with business needs.
• Support the creation of new products, adjust pricing structures, and ensure data accuracy within internal systems.

What You Bring:

• Basic IT skills and technical background.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Now, it would be fantastic if You:

• Experience with business applications, CRM, or ERP systems is a plus.
