About the Role

Reporting to the Buyer position, you will play a key role in curating and sourcing luxury pre-owned items that align with our procurement strategy. With a brand-focused and analytical approach, you will ensure that buying decisions align with market trends, inventory needs, and buylist recommendations while following budget allocations to maximize sales potential.

About the Team

Merchandise team is responsible for the intake of all new merchandise into the company. Our merchandise and buying decisions have a huge company-wide effect and are fundamental for company success. The team operates across global markets combined by both Filipino and Portuguese members and we do interact a lot with the Japanese and Chinese market.

What You’ll Do

Product selection from B2B and B2C suppliers, ensuring items adhere to the company’s buying directions, sales demand and are competitive in pricing while maintaining strong profit margins.
Support in providing the base selling price for the items selected, and all relevant product attributes.
Nurture supplier relationships, negotiating costs to secure the best deals while maintaining quality and operational standards.
Provide insights in supplier performance and stock movement, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring buying processes meet efficiency goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
