Orchid is on a mission to unify identity controls throughout each organization. Orchid’s vision is to automate the discovery, assessment, remediation and management of identity security posture across on-premise and cloud applications. All this while lowering the costs, maintaining compliance and reducing risk related to identity and access management.

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager. This role reports to the Head of Marketing, while working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, and will be responsible for all aspects of demand generation for Orchid Security. You will play a critical role in building the demand generation engine from the ground up. The Demand Generation Manager will develop a scalable lead generation strategy, run campaigns through vendors, build internal processes, develop tracking methodology and build reporting to show impact. The ideal candidate is a self starter with a deep understanding of lead generation, performance marketing, the end-to-end marketing funnel, sales pipeline, B2B sales, cyber security buyers and influencers, account based-marketing, intent-based marketing, analytics and testing.

Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation Strategy: work collaboratively across teams to set target outcomes, align activities to audiences, and allocate budget /resources
  • Demand Generation Expert: select, test, measure and rate various established and emerging activities and vendors, with a focus on one-to-few marketing; online and in person
  • Demand Generation Engine: with internal teams to establish the infrastructure and process, as well as external vendors to test activities and outcomes, for scalable and predictable outcomes 
  • Demand Generation Content: Partner with product marketing to develop and test assets for demand generation (webinars, podcasts, white papers, eBooks, surveys, reports, solution briefs, case studies, calculators, etc...)
  • Demand Generations Budget: Manage marketing budget and forecast to reach or exceed targets with an efficient return on investment

Demand Generation Outcomes: Work closely with sales and operations to track outcomes from first outreach through qualified meeting handoff through close, with tracking and reporting


Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience in online marketing, demand generation role.
  • Experience working in collaborative B2B, start-up, organizations
  • Experience with marketing automation and lead management systems
  • Self starter, with a passion for building and a hands-on approach
  • Expertise in at least one channel, and working knowledge across others: SEM, programmatic display, retargeting, social media ads, affiliate marketing, intent-based marketing, ABM
  • B2B marketing experience required, cyber security and/or CISO marketing experience a plus
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • An unquenchable thirst for learning the latest marketing techniques, strategies and systems
