THE WORK:

Design, develop, and test custom software solutions across multiple system components or applications.
Create implementation or integration approach for applications and components.
Translate system requirements into design specifications.
Provide primary support for installation of application releases into production.
Design and code applications in line with programming standards and interface specifications.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Expert proficiency in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
Technical Skills:
In-depth expertise in Rockwell FTPS, including configuration and customization.
Experience leading MES development teams in a regulated environment, preferably pharmaceuticals.
Strong understanding of batch processing, recipe management, and electronic batch records (EBRs).
Proficiency in system design, workflow configuration, and integration with ERP and LIMS systems.
Knowledge of compliance and validation processes (e.g., IQ, OQ, PQ).
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of developers.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills, including task prioritization and resource allocation.
