Quality Assurance Analyst (Remote Eligible: AZ, MO, NM)
Summary
Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst) will be responsible for conducting reviews and audits of maintenance completed on existing accounts, review of systems and procedures to improve the quality, and ensure consistency and reliability of bank operations. Maintain compliance with bank policy, government regulations and industry best practices.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Review and audit account maintenance documents
Maintain internal controls and meet regulatory compliance requirements
Accurately track and document account and customer information within the bank’s databases
Follow-up and assist in clearing documentation discrepancies with a high level of accuracy
Review and audit file maintenance in databases using standardized procedures
Identify, document and correct inconsistencies and errors in collected data or established procedures. Provide recommendations to the branch for review/correction as needed.
Compile associate reviews of service standards
Complete monthly audits of branch required procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and required time constraints
Assist with all branch audits, including but not limited to follow-up with Audit Department findings
Audit and track client usage of bank products and services
Provide assistance and training to associates regarding policies, government regulations, and compliance requirements
Weekly reporting of exception and correction reports
Review Policy & Procedure site for accuracy and recommend revisions as needed
Partner with other departments to respond to inquiries
Ability to travel regularly within the region and quarterly travel to other regions.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to function productively in a high volume and fast paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the skills necessary to deal tactfully and professionally with customers, employees, senior management, auditors and regulators
Strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Effective time management and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and professionalism
