About The Role

We’re searching for financial professionals who have a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals. We provide full-spectrum financial coaching and education, and we are specifically interested in CPAs or Enrolled Agents to guide members through tax planning.

What You Bring To The Table

• 4-year degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience) as well as 5+ years experience in consumer finance or tax work (mortgages, insurance, college planning, financial aid, investments, retirement planning, estate planning, tax structuring and planning, etc.)
• Proven track record persuading clients to engage or upgrade to value-added services and solutions
• Motivational skills to inspire behavioral change around personal financial habits
• Superlative listening skills that lead you to empathy and understanding
• Enrolled Agent, CPA, CFP, or comparable certifications (preferred)
• A high level of skill and comfort with technology
• An openness to a culture of continuous development and improvement
• A willingness to support our members two evenings a week
• A passion for helping people in need

The Pay Range For This Role Is

75,000 - 95,000 USD per year(Remote)
