Job Summary
A Sr. Manager is responsible for driving high quality efficient delivery of their team’s work. They are focused on ensuring they have the resources to support required project demand, timely execution of work and ensuring efficient delivery of projects. The Sr. Manager is responsible for ensuring all team members are properly trained, teams have defined processes and procedures to execute their work and adhere to compliance standards. Sr. Manager oversees internal and external escalations and resolving issues timely. The Sr. Manager plays a key role in ensuring the department has exceptional client satisfaction scores.
Key Responsibilities
Supervisory & Management Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing two or more managers along with other direct reports who are supporting end-to-end delivery of critical application(s) or product(s)
- Define objectives and performance metrics for their department which are in alignment with the Implementation organization objectives and metrics
- Track and drive compliance to objectives and performance metrics
- Establish and drive a high performance and highly accountable team culture
- Define, document and ensure compliance of department processes, standards and best practices that ensure a collaborative high quality and efficient delivery of critical application(s) or product(s)
- Develop and evolve all project plans for delivery function
- Drive consistent on-time high quality delivery of client and internal projects
- Proactively identify and address project issues and risks
- Own, drive, and manage timely resolution to client escalations
- Define and execute training initiatives for the team considering the unique development needs of all team members
- Drive high employee satisfaction and retention through proactive training, engagement, and development of team members
- Proactive review of client surveys and feedback on team performance related to conversion and training delivery quality and effectiveness. Required to define, track and implement actions to correct performance that is not satisfactory
- Actively monitor team capacity to ensure it will support the required needs of the business. Proactively define business cases for resource additions and drive action to obtain approval for new resources, when required
- Execute annual performance assessments and team calibrations within their department
- Ensuring corporate policies and procedures are adhered to
- Work special projects, as defined by their management team
- Ensure to manage expenses at or below budget set by management
Primary Results Accountable For Achieving
- High quality execution of all data mapping between source and CSI systems
- Accurate setup of all application configuration / specs to ensure the CSI systems operate as expected
- Bank is effectively trained so that they are successful in using our systems at go-live
- Bank is properly supported at go-live per defined Implementation practice
- Banks consistently rank CSI delivery performance as exceptional
Job Requirements
- Experience or equivalent to a 4-year college degree
- 8+ years of leadership experience managing 2 or more functional teams
- 5+ years of Fintech or banking experience
- 5+ years of project management, IT, and/or software delivery experience are high preferred
- Leadership skills including ability to work directly with “C” level leadership
- Effective and persuasive communication skills
- Client engagement and management skills

- Incident management skills
- Analytical skills
- Networking skills
Work Environment
