Job Title: Tableau Report Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tableau Report Developer to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, data analysts, and other team members to deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report and Dashboard Development: Create and maintain Tableau dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support business requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Data Integration: Work with various data sources to extract, clean, and integrate data for reporting purposes.
• Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for reports and dashboards.
• Optimization: Optimize dashboards and reports for performance and usability.
• Testing and Validation: Perform rigorous testing to ensure data accuracy and reliability of reports.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Training: Provide end-user training and support to ensure stakeholders can effectively use Tableau reports.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online.
• Strong understanding of SQL and experience with data querying.
• Familiarity with data integration and ETL tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and database management.
• Experience with programming languages like Python or R is advantageous.

Professional Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in creating and managing Tableau reports and dashboards.
• Proven experience in working with large datasets and diverse data sources.
• Previous experience in a business intelligence, analytics, or reporting role is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
