Job Summary:
The Provider Recruitment Specialist will play a crucial role in the successful recruitment of Advanced Practitioners and Primary Care Physicians across ArchWell Health’s centers. The Provider Recruitment Specialist will partner closely with the VP of Provider Recruitment and HR onboarding staff to ensure a smooth, white glove experience from initial contact to onboarding. A positive, can-do attitude is essential to performing well in this role. ArchWell Health is a high growth company, and the staffing plans and timelines are aggressive. An earnest interest in putting in the work, collaborating across the enterprise and having fun while building a company will be imperative for success.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Proactively source advanced practitioners and physician candidates from online job boards, LinkedIn and other internet sources, direct mail, advertising, state/national medical organizations, and medical specialty meetings to ensure a steady pipeline is developed across various markets
Screen candidates and provide a full assessment of candidates’ medical education, post-graduate training, current practice situation, and qualifications to ensure alignment with ArchWell Health’s mission and requirements
Design and participate in recruiting events for center openings across the country, as well as attend annual meetings and career fairs
Collaborates with the VP of Provider Recruitment and the recruiting team to build and manage a residency recruiting program to develop a strong talent pipeline
Collaborate with the hiring leader and VP of Provider Recruitment during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
Participate in the design of ArchWell Health’s recruitment brand, and marketing and social media strategy and execution
Travel to ArchWell Health centers for recruiting events will be required
Required Skills/Abilities:
Organized, systems thinker adept at understanding and documenting processes, and not afraid to suggest changes for improvement
Willingness and ability to coach candidates and leaders to adhere to ArchWell Health processes and standards
Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring patient-facing providers
Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and physician market
Flexibility in juggling priorities of a rapidly growing business, with excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth business, preferably healthcare related
Proven ability to deliver on aggressive hiring timelines to meet the needs of the business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of leadership; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
At least three (3) years managing all phases of the provider recruitment and hiring process highly preferred
SHRM-CP credential preferred
