We are seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer Tech Lead with a strong background in electronics and a preference for knowledge in AI/ML. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of programming experience, a proven track record in designing and implementing scalable architectures, and the ability to lead technical teams. As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of innovative solutions, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions integrating electronics and AI/ML technologies.
Architect scalable and efficient systems and infrastructure for AI/ML applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electronics and AI/ML technologies and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electronics and AI/ML projects.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and challenges.
Lead team of AIML and MLOps engineers. Perform Code and Design reviews, collaboration with other product technical architects

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of programming experience in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
Strong background in electronics and embedded systems.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) is preferred.
Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable architectures.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with hardware-software integration.
Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, On-Prem Deployment).
Updated with latest in AIML domain, distruptive technologies like DeepSeek etc.
