360 Home Offers simplifies the home-selling process, allowing homeowners to sell their properties quickly for cash without the complications of traditional real estate transactions. By eliminating intermediaries like realtors, lenders, and inspectors, the company ensures a smooth, transparent experience. Homeowners receive fair cash offers based on market analysis, providing them with a stress-free way to sell their homes.

The company operates with two main departments: Acquisitions and Dispositions. The Acquisitions team focuses on identifying and purchasing properties from motivated sellers, while the Dispositions team is responsible for selling those properties to real estate investors. This structured approach allows 360 Home Offers to efficiently manage deals from start to finish, creating value for both homeowners and investors.


 ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Associate is a key member of the Acquisitions Team at 360 Home Offers, responsible for managing qualified home sellers through the entire acquisition process. This role involves conducting in-depth discovery calls, setting clear expectations, crafting purchase proposals, and following up to ensure successful deal closures.

Success in this position requires strong sales skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to guide sellers through their options with confidence. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the company's growth while earning a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES


Seller Engagement & Sales Process

  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand sellers’ motivations, timelines, and price expectations.
  • Educate homeowners on their options and provide compelling purchase proposals.
  • Negotiate offers and handle objections to maximize deal conversions.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with sellers to ensure deals progress toward closing.


Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Keep detailed records of all interactions and deal statuses in Podio (CRM).
  • Track leads, update pipeline stages, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Prioritize follow-ups based on urgency and likelihood of closing.


Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with the Acquisitions Team to refine sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings, role-plays, and ongoing training sessions.
  • Stay informed on market trends and company offerings to improve sales performance.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in closing deals.
  • Strong experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Familiarity with power dialers and high-volume sales calling.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Must have own computer (relevant software and subscriptions provided).
  • Excellent English verbal and written language proficiency (C1-C2 in CEFR Scale).
  • Access to a quiet work area at home with reliable internet (50 Mbps or more).


PREFERRED ("NICE-TO-HAVE") QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in real estate acquisitions or real estate sales.
  • Knowledge of Podio CRM and smartDialer or similar tools.
  • Background in a high-ticket sales or consultative sales environment.
  • Experience working in a commission-driven sales role.

 



ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

 

  • Base salary: Q7,500 + uncapped commission
  • Role type: Full-time, Remote
  • Location: Guatemala (or other LATAM countries)
  • Schedule (CST):
    • Monday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
    • Tuesday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM
    • Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM



ADDITIONAL NOTES ON SCHEDULE & COMMISSIONS

  • While these are the established work hours, this is a sales role, and many high-value calls come in outside of these hours. Candidates who are hungry for sales and willing to take after-hours calls will have a higher earning potential, as many deals close during these times.
  • Commission payments typically take 3-4 months to start as sales cycles average 45-60 days. Candidates should plan accordingly, as they will rely primarily on base salary in the initial months while building their pipeline.


 


RECRUITING PROCESS

 

  • Application / Screening: When you apply for this position, we will ask you a short questionnaire to get to know you a little bit better and ask you for some additional inputs to see if you qualify for the position. In addition, we will ask you to complete a short psychometric evaluation and a short English proficiency assessment. The idea is to explore if this is a good fit before moving forward.
  • Skills Assessment: You will be asked to complete a few exercises and/or projects designed to recreate the work tasks that you will be responsible for if you are given the role. This helps us gauge your skill level as well as give you a better idea of the required work.
  • Skills Assessment Interview: This is a 60 min - 90 min conversation where we further test your skills, learn about your previous working experiences, and evaluate culture fit to the role and company.
  • Hiring Manager Final Interview: This is a 30 min - 60 min conversation with the position’s Hiring Manager (and potentially a few company team members) to get to know you better and to set the expectations and vision for the role.

The entire process usually takes anywhere between 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the seniority of the position.
