Job Description:

Vaxcom Services Inc, (a Parsons company) is looking for an amazingly talented Site Liaison to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and triaging issues that arise on site.  This role involves managing schedules, contacting call off employees, mentoring/training, disciplinary actions, tickets, combo training and any other staff related functions.  The Site Liaison role manages the shift leads, addresses issues at the client and PM level, and maintains accountability of the staff and site to ensure a safe and secure environment.  It’s imperative that the Site Liaison be very familiar with the site, staff, client and contractual obligations to be successful in this role. 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee daily Data Center Security operations according to Client’s expectations as listed in Statement of Work/Work Order
  • Assist Site Managers and PMO with coordination of schedule, training, and other essential duties
  • Assume regular Security Officer roles and responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication and act as point of contact for security matters at a specific location, responsible for coordinating communication between on-site security personnel, PMO, Site Managers, and Client while ensuring compliance with security protocols, by actively monitoring site conditions, identifying potential risks, and facilitating timely responses to security incidents. 
  • Conduct security assessments with the assistance of Site Managers and PMO to identify vulnerabilities and potential risks
  • Respond to Security incidents promptly and effectively

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) and typically 8+ years of related experience, including some experience in a lead capacity.
  • Five years of experience in a security role with a minimum of two years in a leadership or supervisory position. 
  • Strong understanding of access control systems, security protocols and emergency response procedures. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required. 
  • Active and Current TS/SCI clearance. 
  • DCJS Licensed or able to obtain


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in criminal justice, security management or related field.
  • Experience with scheduling software and incident reporting.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and developing team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. 
  • Working knowledge of datacenter operations.

Salary Range: 

$61,200.00 - $107,100.00
