Location: Chicago Suburbs & Northern Illinois (Remote with Extensive Travel)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 base salary + OTE of $100K - $120K + equity/stock incentives, profit-sharing bonus, and comprehensive benefits package (including 401K with matching).

Position Summary:

Unity Works Talent is conducting a search on behalf of our client for a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to lead sales efforts across Chicago Suburbs & Northern Illinois. This role presents an exciting opportunity to develop strong client relationships, execute strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth in the medical aesthetics and capital equipment market.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales professional with a strong track record in business development, lead generation, and closing sales. This is a fully remote position requiring extensive travel within the designated territory. Experience selling to physicians in private practices, group settings, and hospitals is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
  • Conduct educational product demonstrations at client locations and industry trade shows.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop business strategies that ensure long-term success.
  • Plan and execute territory sales strategies to exceed quota expectations.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance.
  • Provide in-service training and ongoing customer support to ensure product satisfaction.
  • Track and report sales activities, market insights, and business performance in an organized and timely manner.
  • Address post-sale customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Work closely with Field Service teams and corporate staff to optimize support and service.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ability to travel extensively within the Chicago Suburbs & Northern Illinois.
  • Proven track record of high-performance sales results, consistently exceeding quotas.
  • Strong ability to generate quality leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Excellent territory management, prospecting, and sales execution skills.
  • A commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
  • Effective communicator and active listener, with strong presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and reporting abilities to track and manage sales performance.
  • Team-oriented, coachable, and highly ethical in business dealings.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in medical device, capital equipment, or B2B sales.
  • 2+ years of direct medical laser sales experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
