Operating hours are 8am-4:30pm PST ( 11PM - 7:30AM Manila Time)
, but long as we have a couple hours of crossover at some point in the day

As a Senior WordPress Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of creating cutting-edge, custom WordPress solutions for a diverse North American client base. Responsibilities

Architect and develop custom WordPress blocks that push the boundaries of traditional site building
Contribute to large-scale, complex WordPress projects for high-profile clients
Implement high-performance, optimized WordPress solutions that prioritize speed and efficiency
Collaborate with the team on white-label projects, ensuring seamless integration with client systems
Tackle complicated aspects of custom software development projects
Provide technical insights and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes
Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends and best practices to maintain cutting-edge development standards

Requirements

Proven track record in advanced WordPress development, with a portfolio showcasing custom solutions
Expert-level skills in PHP, JavaScript, and WordPress core functionalities
Demonstrated experience in building and optimizing custom WordPress blocks
Strong knowledge of WordPress performance optimization techniques and best practices
Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git
Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work independently on complex tasks while collaborating effectively with a remote team
Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to work flexible hours to align with North American time zones (Pacific Time)
Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of web development trends
Experience with CakePHP is required
