To strengthen our Commercial Organization, we are currently hiring a

 

Key Account Manager – Sweden (m/f/x)

(Fulltime / permanent / Location: remote ideally in Western Sweden)

 

The Opportunity

Join our team as a Key Account Manager in Sweden and drive the success of our innovative healthcare solutions. This role offers the chance to build and nurture long-term client relationships while making a significant impact on patient care. You will work with a diverse range of stakeholders and contribute to the growth of our market presence.

 

The Role

 

  • Responsible for the sales performance of CSL Behring’s products in the dedicated territory.
  • Develop long-term client relationships, contact potential customers, educate and negotiate product formulary acceptance, and obtain contract commitments for the company's products.
  • Work with multidisciplinary and multilevel stakeholders within the assigned Key Accounts (e.g., physicians, nurses, purchasing/procurement organizations, payors, pharmacists, government agencies, ministries of health, medical associations, and hospital systems) to increase sales in their market segments.
  • Develop appropriate value-added programs for each account and create opportunities for sales growth in designated segments. May call on and/or be responsible for national accounts.
  • Align with the tactical Country plan to maximize sales and gross margin, providing input or taking responsibility for yearly plans for the products.
  • Gather information about changes and trends in the marketplace (competitive intelligence).

 

Your Skills and Experience:

  • University degree, preferably in a scientific environment, and/or commercial authorization by Local Pharma Association.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, primarily in hospital pharmaceutical products.
  • Experience in immunology and rare diseases.
  • Experience in pre- and post-tender work.
  • Strong account management skills and portfolio management experience.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably also Veeva/Salesforce as a CRM system.
  • High digital and adoption skills for new technology are highly valued.
