About This Role:

As an Accounting Specialist, you'll be essential in managing both routine and complex financial tasks, from accounts payable and receivable to financial planning and analysis. Your expertise will support our financial goals, ensuring precision and compliance in all transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions including accounts payable, receivable, and reimbursements.
• Perform accurate bank reconciliations and maintain detailed financial records.
• Assist in preparing financial schedules, reports, and balance sheets.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Develop financial models to analyze business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes.
• Manage general ledger account reconciliation and intragroup transactions.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting within an audit firm or international group.
• Must be a certified Chartered Accountant (CA), demonstrating expertise in managing financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Proficient with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines and effectively handling multiple priorities.
