Description

The Director of Sales Operations is responsible for developing and implementing long-term strategies to enhance sales operations and drive business growth.  This role ensures sales operations align with the company’s overall objectives, optimizes processes to support future growth, and oversees the administration and training of the Sales Operations team.

This individual will also lead a team and ensure all team efforts are synced up to improve and enhance Sales Operations goals and objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and implement long-term sales operations strategies that support business growth
  • Align sales operations with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives to enhance sales strategy and optimize revenue potential.
  • Balance strategic vision with practical implementation while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Assess and justify investments in sales operations initiatives.
  • Lead and manage a grassroots Sales Operations team, supporting the tools (Salesforce Lightning, DocuSign CLM) and the stakeholders in the system to drive the business forward.
  • Design and implement business process to support the needs of Sales & Client Success.
  • Coordinate integration and functionality between in-house software (the APP) and Salesforce.
Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience. Must be able to produce college transcripts showing a minimum 3.0 GPA if applicable.
  • 10+ years’ experience working with Salesforce in an administrator role. Focusing on fast outside-the-box solutions.
  • 7+ years’ experience leading a Sales Operations team.
  • 5+ years’ experience with Contract Lifecyle Management.
  • Advanced strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.

 

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Location: Niwot,  Colorado or Remote
  • Department: Finance & Admin
  • Compensation: Base Salary Range $136,500 - $191,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component.
