The Sr. Solutions Architect – Services Presales plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for the professional services team. This individual will work closely with sales teams, technical teams, and clients to design and present innovative solutions that address complex business challenges . This role involves developing tailored proposals, delivering technical demonstrations, and driving client adoption of the Microsoft Endpoint Manager Suite, including Intune, Configuration Manager, and co-management .

Responsibilities
include, but not limited to:
Presales Engagement
Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements, goals, and pain points
Design and present tailored solution solutions leveraging the Microsoft Endpoint Manager Suite, addressing business and technical needs
Lead discovery sessions, technical workshops, and assessments to evaluate current environments and identify opportunities for modernization
Lead the development of SOWs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives
Solution Development
Create comprehensive technical proposals, including solution architecture, implementation roadmaps, and cost estimates
Design endpoint management strategies covering Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), compliance, and security policies.
Drive revenue growth within the professional services team by identifying new opportunities and optimizing service offerings
Showcase expertise in hybrid scenarios, integrating Intune with on-premises infrastructures such as configuration manager.
Technical Demonstrations:
Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and pilot implementations to highlight the value of Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
Develop customized demos highlighting key features like Windows Autopilot, device compliance, conditional access, and application protection.
Client Relationship Management
Function as a trusted advisor for clients, building strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
Address client technical concerns and objections during the presales cycle
Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
Partner with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure consistent solution development and smooth handoff of signed projects
Engage with SHI sales teams, including front line sellers and customer success managers, to ensure a unified approach to service delivery and client engagement
Work with product and marketing teams to stay informed about the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Endpoint Manager Suite.
Mentor and support sales teams in understanding the technical value of Endpoint Manager services.
Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients and SHI teams on best practices, trends, and innovations in technology
Contribute to practice development by identifying areas for growth and leading innovation initiatives
Create and maintain practice standards and practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services
Qualifications
Completed Bachelor’s, Technical degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related field
Minimum 10 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility
Minimum 10 years’ experience designing implementing and integrating technology solutions
Minimum 10 years’ experience working with and migrating technology solutions
Minimum 10 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment
Required Skills
Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on service s solution de velopment and revenue growth in Professional Services
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to engage stakeholders at all levels
Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager Suite, including Intune, Configuration Manager, and co-management
Strong understanding of MDM, MAM, hybrid management, and zero-trust security principles
Firsthand experience with Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, conditional access, and multi-platform device management (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
Ability to analyze customer requirements and design solutions that meet their business objectives and budget constraints with a consultative approach.
Experience in developing SOWs and driving revenue growth in professional services.
Proficiency in creating technical documentation, proposals, and architecture diagrams.
Familiarity with scripting and automation tools like PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
Unique Requirements
Travel to internal meetings as needed, up to 10%
Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $160,000 - $220,000 which includes a base salary and bonuses. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
