Job Location: Hybrid/Travel (Non-Local Candidate)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Program Management: Plan, execute, and manage large, complex programs and projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Provide Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment with program objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with client leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Business Insight: Understand client business needs to tailor effective solutions.
  • Capability Assessment: Evaluate and enhance client program management capabilities.
  • Roadmap Development: Create improvement roadmaps using best practices and industry trends.
  • Coaching and Support: Provide hands-on support and coaching for program management improvements.
  • Technology Evaluation: Assist in selecting and implementing program management technologies.
  • Strategic Support: Offer strategic guidance for portfolio understanding, program leadership, and project recovery.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate program risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure stakeholder alignment and support.
  • Centric Way of Delivery: Quickly adapt to Centric Consulting’s methodologies and best practices.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Enterprise Portfolio and Program Management, with demonstrated subject matter expertise.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage technology and business projects, including large-scale, complex technology programs.
  • Program Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and managing large, complex programs and cross-functional teams.
  • System Integration: Experience collaborating with system integrators to ensure successful technology implementation and business alignment.
  • Project Delivery: Prior experience in project delivery, project team leadership, and agile practices, with a track record of achieving key milestones.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively with clients and multiple service teams to develop and deliver comprehensive, integrated solutions.
  • Industry Expertise: Diverse multi-industry background essential.
  • Client and Employee Experience: Commitment to delivering high-quality, unmatched experiences for clients and employees, ensuring exceptional service and outcomes.
  • Consulting Experience: Previous consulting experience required, with a preference for management consulting.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile certifications, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials are a plus.
  • Methodologies: Proficient in both waterfall and agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt methodologies based on project requirements.
  • Cultural Alignment: Demonstrated ability to adhere to professional workplace behaviors and values, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and excellence.
