Position Responsibilities
Takes responsibility for researching and creating content for client-facing training content projects, including working with other Learning Content Specialists (LCSs). Participates in moderately complex projects. Develop an Advanced-level understanding of their assigned product. Participates in team decision-making about style, technology, and process issues. Participates in and collaborates with other Deltek teams, meeting team deadlines and providing input. Participates in learning activities to build skills and knowledge. Contributes to a supportive and friendly team that values inclusivity and is invested in learning, knowledge sharing, and each other.
Roles And Responsibilities
Demonstrates an understanding of their product.
Understands and supports the overall strategy for CLX.
Contributes to the CLX Product Team strategy. Executes and manages high-profile projects independently.
Collaborates with a Principal/Sr, Principal LCS on a CLX Delivery Event.
Explores leadership skills within CLX.
Creates questions to be used on Certification Exams.
Delivers a virtual-live course that they have developed.
Additional Requirements and Notes:
Researches Content to be created.
Creates Draft Content using PowerPoint, Word, Camtasia, Audacity, and so on.
Reviews content for accuracy flow.
Sends content to the Design Team. Reviews previously sent content.
Works on auxiliary projects.
Qualifications
5 - 8 years of experience in content creation and instruction. Or, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology, or Education (considered but not required).
