Movable Ink is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our email marketing programs. In this role, you will work cross-functionally on the ideation and delivery of engaging campaigns that captivate our audience, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating impactful email marketing strategies and advanced experience with marketing automation technology. The role will be reporting to the Associate Director of Lifecycle Marketing.

Responsibilities:

Lead Email Marketing Strategy: Design and execute impactful email marketing programs that engage current and prospective clients, driving business growth and brand awareness.
Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create, test, and deploy targeted email campaigns, leveraging segmentation and analytics to optimize performance.
CRM and Marketing Tools Expertise: Utilize Marketo, Movable Ink Studio (training provided) and Salesforce to manage campaigns, guide performance, and deliver measurable results.
Attention to Detail and Compliance: Ensure all emails adhere to industry best practices, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and brand guidelines, while creating mobile-friendly and dark-mode compatible templates.
Reporting and Testing: Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven insights to inform and improve future strategies.
Collaborative Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, meeting deadlines with precision and balancing multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email.
Solid experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Marketo and Salesforce preferred).
Strong communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
A collaborative and accountable individual who is comfortable multitasking.
Experience in project management with the ability to adhere to tight deadlines.

The base pay range for this position is $85,000-95,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
