Legal Intake Specialist (Remote, Night Shift)

We are looking for a Legal Intake Specialist to enhance case conversions through a voice-based intake system. This role involves handling inbound calls, guiding potential clients through the intake process, and accurately capturing case details. 

Your responsibilities include: 

• Handling inbound calls from potential clients responding to ads. 

• Following a structured intake script to gather and log case details. 

• Assessing caller eligibility based on predefined criteria. 

• Providing alternative resources for non-qualified callers. 

• Maintaining engagement to minimize call drop-offs. 

• Ensuring compliance with legal and confidentiality standards. 

• Using Dialpad for call tracking and real-time data capture. 

• Collaborating on optimizing the intake process 

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is:  

• Proactive, with a keen ability to adapt and learn quickly. 

• Experienced in legal case intake. 

• Knowledgeable in client qualification and lead conversion processes. 

• Familiar with AI-powered call analysis tools or willing to learn and adapt to them. 

Technical Requirements: 

• Law fresh graduates, paralegals, or candidates with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers are welcome. 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to be assertive, empathetic, and proactive when engaging with callers. 

• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural and professional tone. 

• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and organizational skills. 

• Comfortable handling high call volumes and managing multiple tasks. 

• Familiarity with CRM systems and call handling software (e.g., Dialpad) is a plus. 

• Flexible availability based on performance analysis.
