Job description

  • Compensation: $18-$20/hr

Greenheart encompasses three main branches: Greenheart Exchange, Greenheart Travel, and Greenheart Shop.

The Account Management Department provides support to U.S. K-12 schools hosting Greenheart Teach USA participants.

What we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate should be well organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team setting. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines is required. Excellent written and verbal communication, administrative capabilities, and passion for global exchange is desired. 

Some things you might do as a Program Assistant:

  • Assist the School Relations team with general administrative tasks.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to Teach USA host schools through professional and consistent interaction with school administrators.
  • Answer host school questions about program specific requirements/rules, according to Greenheart Exchange and Department of State regulations.
  • Review host school applications and renewals to determine completeness and program compliance. Track missing paperwork and follow up with school administrators as necessary.
  • Monitor feedback from Greenheart’s Compliance team regarding required documentation and communicate deficiencies to host schools.
  • Maintain complete and accurate host school database records and update host school contacts as needed
  • Manage the School Relations shared inbox according to an assigned schedule.
  • Attend weekly staff meetings 
  • Provide administrative support to the placement team during peak time, as needed.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Some qualifications you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
  • Experience performing administrative tasks.
  • Excellence in communication and customer service
