Responsibilities:
You will serve as a trusted advisor to the customer, driving conversations with business stakeholders that shape the architectural vision and establish a program direction.
Leverage business knowledge and product expertise in multiple clouds to provide solution approaches to meet customer needs and future vision.
Lead pre-sales discovery and design sessions, and document business requirements.
Assist in scoping, writing statements of work (SOWs), and drafting RFP responses.
Work collaboratively with internal team members to design a solution that will meet the customer’s business requirements.
Serve as a technical resource and liaison between the sales team, delivery team, and the client to ensure seamless communication.
Lead the internal transition from pre-sales to delivery ensuring the proposed solution and scope is understood by the delivery team.
Proactively mitigate and manage critical escalations and at-risk accounts; communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external teams.
Manage multiple strategic clients simultaneously.
Assist with project management, planning, and coordination of project activities
Requirements:
Must have a strong understanding of the following:
Gov Cloud and its fundamental differences between a commercial instance
FedRamp
FISMA
CMMC
SF Shield
Implications to integration with external applications that are NOT FedRamp compliant, what data can be shared, how it can be shared, how it is encrypted or masked, etc. Knowledge of how to use middleware (preferably MuleSoft).
Working knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or other core Salesforce products.
Extensive experience working in pre-sales, creating SOWs and RFPs.
Excellent interpersonal skills, executive level presence, and experience working in a client advisory capacity
Ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutioning, and lead business discussions with customers
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues.
