We are looking for a highly skilled Specialist - Compensation & Benefits to manage and administer the company’s compensation, benefits, and payroll programs. This role requires expertise in compensation structures, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll while ensuring 100% compliance with internal policies and labour regulations
- Ensure all payroll activities comply with audit standards and statutory requirements
- Conduct job evaluations and market research to establish competitive salary ranges
- Develop and implement compensation policies and guidelines in line with industry standards
- Perform salary reviews and bonus programs
- Optimize payroll processes by introducing automation and reducing manual interventions
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on compensation-related matters
Benefits Administration
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Develop and implement benefits policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Assist with compensation & benefits audits and provide necessary documentation
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare compensation and benefits reports for management, providing insights on costs, trends, and metrics
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all payroll and compensation-related processes
- Review and refine payroll procedures to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Maintain 100% compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for payroll
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulatory frameworks
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel for payroll reporting and analysis
- Experience processing payroll on global ERPs (Dayforce, SuccessFactors, or similar).
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring consistency and accuracy in data management
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
