About the Role:

We are looking for a goal-oriented Solana (Rust) smart contract developer to play a key role in expanding our platform’s Solana ecosystem. This position involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure top-tier on-chain functionality

Key Responsibilities:

Smart Contract Development on Rust: Designing, developing, and testing Solana smart contracts.
Integration: Collaborating with development teams to seamlessly integrate on-chain logic with frontend and backend systems.
Security & Best Practices: Ensuring security, conducting audits, and adhering to leading standards for Solana smart contract development.
Performance Optimization: Working on speed, security, and cost efficiency.
Research & Innovation: Keeping up-to-date with the latest tools, frameworks, and best practices in the Solana ecosystem.
Documentation: Creating detailed documentation for all aspects of Solana smart contract operations.

What We Look for:

Strong proficiency in Rust programming.
Familiarity with Solana architecture, including PDAs, accounts, transactions, and key frameworks like Anchor.
Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
Excellent knowledge of DEX trading principles.
Experience with web technologies (web3, wallets, frontend libraries).

Additional Advantages:

Experience developing blockchain solutions on other platforms.
Knowledge of DevOps processes and CI/CD.
