We are actively seeking a Sr. Solution Architect, Oracle. This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in Israel.
Position Summary
This role is primarily responsible for supporting sales activities across Israel with additional support provided to the broader EMEA region.
The Sr. Solution Architect articulates Rimini’s solution portfolio and value proposition to clients and prospects serving as trusted advisors while providing deep Oracle product-specific functional and technical expertise to drive sales.
In this role, you will directly engage in Oracle sales opportunities, actively participate in customer meetings and work closely with our Senior Account Executives to respond to our customers’ business needs and challenges.
The Sr. Solution Architect also acts as the primary conduit to the internal Delivery and Strategic Services teams. You will leverage your existing technical and functional knowledge in working with all Oracle products within our organization. Using this experience, you would articulate the strategy and direction for all Oracle products that is supported by Rimini Street.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Account Executives on Oracle sales opportunities in Israel during the sales cycle contributing to the sales process to close deals.
- Engage with clients to understand their Oracle Roadmap and position Rimini Solution Portfolio to address clients` challenges based on business case/ROI and risk assessment.
- Drive sales cycle activities including solution scoping, functional/technical Q&A, solution design, pricing calculation, proposal development, RFP and presentations to prospects and clients.
- Contribute to the company wide initiatives in support of the growth and profitability of the Oracle product lines.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time to support sales deals in their territory.
- Some travel outside your geography in support of global initiatives.
Experience Qualifications & Skills
- Significant experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering Role or Pre-Sales Solution Architect role working within the Oracle Applications and Technology ecosystem – Software and/or Services supporting the sales cycle and proven track record contributing to close deals.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with confidence to answer objections in front of large audiences ranging from Application Managers, Developers and DBA’s to C-Level Executives.
- Experience in a “consultative selling” environment with a history of working in a global, matrixed organization.
- Extensive experience in solutioning Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Technology support and managed services.
- Understanding of the Oracle Licensing rules for Oracle products.
- Experience in creating proposals for Managed Services and estimating staffing and costs is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Security and related industry security standards such as PCI, NERC, CIP is a plus.
- Experience with VMWare is a plus.
- Experience with Service NOW is a plus.
