We’re looking for a talented developer who can rapidly build automation workflows today and evolve into creating viral consumer apps using modern AI tools and platforms.

Role Overview:
As an AI Workflow, Automation & Consumer Apps Developer, you will design and implement AI-powered workflows and automation solutions that streamline business processes and enhance productivity. Over time, you’ll also drive the development of consumer-facing applications that leverage current AI tools (such as Cursor, Lovable, Replit, etc.) to create engaging, viral products. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in traditional programming (especially Python) who’s passionate about rapidly prototyping and iterating on innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation & Workflow Development:
• Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows and integrations leveraging AI tools (using APIs like OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) and RPA platforms.
• Integrate existing AI-powered platforms (e.g., Cursor, Lovable, Replit) into seamless business solutions.
• Rapidly prototype using no-code/low-code tools combined with custom coding as needed.
• Consumer App Development:
• Transition from internal workflow projects to building consumer-facing applications with strong viral potential.
• Conceptualize, design, and develop apps that solve real user problems using AI—from idea to MVP and eventual scaling.
• Optimize applications for fast iteration, high engagement, and smooth API integrations.
• Technical Collaboration & Innovation:
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that merge AI capabilities with real-world applications.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all workflows, automations, and app projects.
• Continuous Learning & Improvement:
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends and tools, evaluating new technologies for potential integration.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows and consumer apps to enhance performance and user experience.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Technical Proficiency:
• Minimum of 3 years of professional development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with additional programming/scripting languages is a plus.
• Experience with API integrations, RESTful services, and database management.
• Proven experience building automation solutions or RPA scripts; experience with tools like UiPath or Power Automate is advantageous.
• AI & Modern Development Tools:
• Demonstrated experience (or strong interest) in working with AI-based platforms/tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Replit, or similar no-code/low-code environments.
• Basic understanding of machine learning and AI concepts; familiarity with AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Product & Consumer App Mindset:
• Proven track record in rapidly prototyping and iterating on consumer applications.
• Ability to design engaging, user-friendly apps with an eye toward viral growth.
• Soft Skills & Business Acumen:
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience building and deploying automation solutions or consumer applications.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.
• Experience working in startups or fast-growing technology environments.
