Job Description

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for strategic planning and execution of the company's overseas DX (digital transformation) business, working directly under group executives.
Details

  1. Overseas Market Expansion Research and Strategy Planning

    • Conduct market research
    • Develop expansion strategies
    • Build business models
    • Define action plans
    • Design schedules, and more
  2. Project Management for Execution

    • Manage actions
    • Develop partnerships and build local organizations
    • Establish operational structures, and more
  3. Implement PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) for Success Models

    • Conduct promotional and marketing activities
    • Implement internal controls
    • Manage profit and loss (P&L)
    • Operate management meetings, and more

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements


  • Experience in developing and implementing business strategies in overseas markets (excluding Japan and China)
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution for business expansion, as described in the job description
  • Experience managing projects with 5 or more team members, including identifying actions, setting priorities, and scheduling
  • Native-level English proficiency
  • Additional qualifications:
    • Strong logical thinking skills
    • Good communication skills
    • Strong listening and facilitation abilities
    • Ability to document, articulate, and organize ideas clearly
    • Passion for creating new business ventures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduates from architecture programs in Europe or the U.S., or those with over five years of construction site management experience in English-speaking countries
  • Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling)
  • Previous experience as a business leader
  • For non-Japanese candidates: Business level of Japanese Language.

  • Expected annual salary: Up to ¥15,000,000
  • Remote work available
  • Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Standard working hours: 7.5 hours, 60-minute break)
  • Flextime system: Core time 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Full weekends off (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, year-end holidays (122 holidays per year as of 2023)
  • Vacation: Annual paid leave, summer and year-end holidays, bereavement leave, refresh leave, life support leave, anniversary leave, etc.
