The role involves designing and implementing strategic operational plans for endpoints, including deploying devices using Zero Touch Deployment integrated with Windows Auto Pilot, Apple Business Manager, and Android Enterprise. Responsibilities include planning and configuring devices to meet compliance requirements, deploying, patching, and updating OS and software, and ensuring compliance throughout the software lifecycle. Backup plans across cloud and native platforms must be created and applied, while security policies and restrictions are implemented to reduce attacks, primarily using Microsoft Defender. Adherence to compliance frameworks like HIPAA, HITRUST, HITECH, and SOC 2 is essential, along with troubleshooting endpoint issues using Intune/Jamf. Automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API is expected, with regular communication to stakeholders on workflow progress. Reporting, compliance tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams are key aspects, along with enhancing user productivity within M365 and following ITSM processes like ServiceNow.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement strategic operational plans for endpoints.
Deploy devices using Zero Touch Deployment with the integration of Windows Auto Pilot, Apple Business Manager, and Android Enterprise.
Plan and implement device configurations for various devices according to compliance requirements.
Deploy, configure, patch, and update various OS and software, and report on compliance throughout the software lifecycle.
Create and apply backup plans across various platforms, including cloud and native applications.
Implement security policies and restrictions to end machines to reduce attacks, preferably using Microsoft Defender.
Adhere to various compliance frameworks and implement them in the network to ensure audit certifications (HIPPA, HITRUST, HITECH, SOC 2).
Troubleshoot and resolve problems within endpoints using Intune/Jamf.
Automate tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
Communicate with higher-order stakeholders to keep them updated on ongoing workflows.
Establish reporting to ensure compliance and update higher organizational stakeholders.
Adhere to the ServiceNow ITSM to compete with the process.
Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver better results.
Track changes in M365 and find use cases to enhance user productivity.
