Crypto builders have been held back by a lack of onchain compute — without the ability to process a high volume of transactions quickly and cheaply, onchain apps and ecosystems can’t build high quality user experiences.

Rollups have emerged as the answer to this problem. Just as servers work together to scale compute in web2, so too can rollups scale onchain compute in web3. But building and operating your own rollup is difficult and time-consuming. That's where Conduit comes in.

As the rollup-native cloud platform, Conduit combines web2 engineering best-practices with web3 rollup technology to make it easy for anyone to launch and maintain their own chain. By making infrastructure simple and onchain compute abundant, similar to how AWS and GCP did for web2, we can unlock the next wave of innovation in the crypto ecosystem.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to own and drive the evolution of our rollups platform dashboard, a critical tool for developers integrating and managing their applications on our rollup platform. This dashboard provides developers with a centralized interface to monitor performance, track usage, configure settings, and interact with our rollup and cloud services. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for this crucial developer tool, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and leadership to deliver a world-class developer experience. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform and driving its adoption by ensuring developers have the tools they need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap and drive it’s execution: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our rollup platform dashboard, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals. This includes prioritizing features that empower developers to effectively manage their rollup deployments. Manage the product backlog, prioritize features within the dashboard, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that enhance the developer experience.

• Understand our users: Deeply understand the needs and pain points of our users (developers) who rely on the dashboard, through user research, data analysis, and market trends. Focus on understanding how developers use the dashboard and what they need to improve their workflow.

• Translate user needs into product specifications: Create detailed user stories, product requirements, and use cases to guide engineering development, specifically for features within the dashboard.

• Collaborate Across Conduit: Work closely with cross-functional teams: Engineering, Design, Customer success, etc, throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, focusing on the development and improvement of the dashboard.

• Monitor and analyze product performance: Track key metrics related to dashboard usage, gather user feedback, and iterate on the product to continuously improve the user experience and ensure the dashboard is meeting developer needs.

• Understand the market: Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the Web3 and rollups space, identifying new opportunities for product development and potential integrations with the dashboard.

Required Skills

• Proven experience: 4-8 years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally with a focus on developer-facing products or platforms.

• Strong product sense: A deep understanding of product management principles and best practices, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.

• Technical proficiency: A solid understanding of web technologies and APIs, with the ability to effectively communicate with engineers.

• User-centric approach: A passion for creating user-friendly and intuitive products, with a strong focus on user experience.

• Excellent communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and strategy to various stakeholders.

• Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Collaborative spirit: A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Startup mentality: A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, comfortable working with ambiguity in an evolving environment.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Web3 technologies and concepts or personal interest in crypto.

• Experience with cloud platforms and developer tools.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
