Job description

A law firm in Encinitas, CA, seeks a Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in real estate litigation. The candidate should have a proven track record of handling complex real estate disputes and an existing book of business valued at $400,000+.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all phases of real estate litigation (case assessment, pleadings, discovery, trial, settlement, appeal).
  • Develop litigation strategies and negotiate dispute resolutions.
  • Provide legal counsel on real estate laws and transactions.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to real estate litigation.
  • Generate business leads and cultivate client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree & active California State Bar membership.
  • At least 5 years of real estate litigation experience.
  • Strong advocacy, writing, and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote role.
  • Located within Orange County or downtown San Diego (not North County San Diego or LA).
