POSITION SUMMARY: This role will be an expert for Thorne’s ERP implementation project. This position will require deep expertise in Microsoft ERP (Dynamics F&O and/or BC) and some experience with legacy ERP NAV.

**This is a contract role with an estimated project duration of 12-14 months, with the opportunity for a full-time position upon successful project completion**

RESPONSIBILITIES – Satisfactorily performing and/or achieving the following Responsibilities are essential duties of the job.

Lead and manage the ERP implementation project, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Ensure alignment with key focus areas: Accounting & Finance, Operations, Distribution & Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
Conduct formal and informal performance assessments of staff, including performance versus expectations and goals, behaviors, and leadership potential, and seek the same for self.
Actively participate in required training and development programs and electives as suit one’s needs, and support colleagues, trainers, and management as appropriate with these efforts.

EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES / PROFICIENCIES – Satisfactorily achieving and/or meeting the following Experience, Competencies, and Proficiencies are essential duties of the job:

Experience and/or Education:

Proven experience managing large, complex mid-market ERP deployments.
Deep expertise in Microsoft ERP (Dynamics F&O and/or BC); experience with legacy ERP NAV is a plus.
Strong understanding of key focus areas: Accounting & Finance, Operations, Distribution & Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.

PMP or similar project management certification.
Proficiency in Smartsheet for managing projects.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Work independently with minimal direction and oversight.
