As a Partner Operations Specialist (PO) you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating the connection between our demand (freight forwarders) and supply (airlines, GSAs). You’ll drive the success of our partners, including carriers like American Airlines, Air Canada Cargo, and Lufthansa Cargo, among many others, by supporting their digital transformation with cargo.one. Additionally, you will work closely with our most trusted enterprise partners to ensure their needs are met, fostering a synergy between supply and demand when it comes to the ultimate platform experience.

🌍 You can work from (almost) anywhere in Europe, but ideally you are based in Berlin 🐻🇩🇪. We are a remote company with a HQ in Germany, but regularly meet in person, too.

🎬 A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

  • Own relationships: develop and maintain strong relationships with local airline stakeholders in EMEA (airline sales teams and general sales agents) and onboard, train and guide them through their digital transformation journey.

  • Monitor and improve performance: analyze reports and market trends to monitor the quality of supply and operational performance of our partner airlines. Identify and implement improvement areas to enhance their digital selling capabilities.

  • Collaborate internally: work closely with internal stakeholders, such as product and integration managers, to find creative and scalable solutions and proactively improve the service level of our airline partners and the freight forwarders’ experience using cargo.one.

🕵 We are looking for someone like you if:

  • You have 2+ years experience in a customer facing role such as customer success or operations and project management skills.

  • You are a data wizard, proficient in analyzing data and trends and drawing conclusions (skills with databases, SQL, a programming language are a significant plus).

  • You are curious and driven to help our partners succeed.

  • You are characterized by excellent communication and presentation skills in English and the ability to build strong long-term value-driven relationships with various stakeholders.

  • You possess an entrepreneurial drive and the ability to be creative, roll up your sleeves, take initiative and take risks in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
