We are looking for an IT Process Expert who will join the Projects, Process, and Audit Excellent Center.

The mission of IT Process Expert
Understand all the IT processes of the company, and work with the IT teams to define and implement opportunities for improvement to execute tasks most efficiently. These changes should be supported by quantifiable metrics that can show improvement and progress.
An IT Process Expert becomes the point of reference for the business processes and methodologies and collaborates with the process analysts & leadership team to make sure that cross-functional collaboration is achieved and touchpoints are done smoothly.
