Role Overview
As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing and refining user interfaces and experiences across our digital products. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and visually compelling designs that align with user needs and business goals. Your proficiency in Figma will be critical in streamlining our design workflow, maintaining design systems, and ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications using Figma.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
- Maintain and enhance design systems and component libraries in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to iterate on designs for improved usability.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and Figma updates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, prototyping, and component libraries.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (a plus).
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: 80,000 PHP / Month (Full-time); 40,000 PHP/ Month (Part-time)
