ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead, guide, and support a diverse multidisciplinary team of OTs, SPs, and PBS Practitioners at our Bundoora office.
You enjoy maintaining your own caseload and provide therapy services in homes, clinics, and a range of community settings.
Collaborate with other Team Leaders and Senior Managers to meet business objectives and goals.
Focus on client satisfaction, team growth, relationships, performance, and overall well-being of our growing teams.

ABOUT YOU

Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy or Psychology.
5+ years experience working as a Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist or Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Available to work full time or a minimum of 0.8FTE
NDIS Experience is essential
AHPRA/SPA/NDIS Registration
NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
Current Australian driver’s licence and able to travel with your own vehicle
