Account Executive - FactoryFix

FactoryFix is transforming industrial hiring with our AI-powered recruiting platform. We're building the ultimate solution for companies struggling to find skilled trades workers, replacing inefficient job boards and expensive recruiting agencies with intelligent technology that understands manufacturing and industrial work.

The Role: As an Account Executive, you'll focus on winning new business with manufacturing and industrial companies - organizations that consistently need skilled workers like technicians, machinists, and specialized operators. These companies often lack proper resources, and you'll help them become more successful by making FactoryFix their primary recruiting solution.

What You'll Do:

  • Build your book of business through outbound sales to companies actively hiring skilled industrial workers
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities across multiple locations within customer organizations
  • Conduct compelling product demos that showcase Copilot's unique capabilities
  • Develop relationships with HR, operations, and talent acquisition leaders

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience with proven success in prospecting
  • Experience selling to HR, operations, or talent acquisition leaders
  • Strong business acumen to identify and pursue expansion opportunities
  • Experience in talent acquisition or HR technology is a big plus
