Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Precoro Inc

We are excited to announce that Precoro Inc is seeking a U.S.-based Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our dynamic team remotely. As an SDR at Precoro, you will play a crucial role in our growth while advancing your own career in sales.

  • Location: Fully remote (ideally East Coast or Central Timezone)

  • Position Structure: 1099 contractor with potential for full-time employment after 6 months

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000

  • On Target Earnings Range: $80,000 - $90,000

Role Overview: As an SDR at Precoro, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities with potential clients for the sales team. You will engage in new account outreach using cold calling, cold email, social selling, and other outbound prospecting methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule qualified meetings with target accounts

  • New Account Outreach: Cold calls, emails, and social selling

  • Understand the market opportunity, ICP and Personas, and key issues that Precoro solves

  • Record market data and insights discovered through cold outreach with target account

  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Precoro’s ideal outbound tactics, analytics, and feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree, or at least two years of work experience

Nice to have

  • SDR or any kind of sales experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Experience with SDR tools like HubSpot, a dialer (i.e. PhoneBurner or Orum), LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
