Job Description
As the US Sales Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
Identifying New Business Opportunities: Conduct research to uncover potential corporate clients and project opportunities in the local market.
Outreach and Engagement: Utilize LinkedIn, email, and phone calls to establish initial contact with prospective clients and build relationships.
Database Management: Maintain and update an accurate database of leads and prospects, tracking outreach efforts and follow-ups.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop targeted outreach strategies and assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between the Sales Manager and potential clients.
Administrative Support: Assist with calendar management, report preparation, and sales metric tracking to support the sales team’s success.
Competitor Monitoring: Potentially keep an eye on competitor activities to inform strategy.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
United States certified.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, particularly in the extended stay market.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive and results-driven approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales prospecting tools is a plus.
Knowledge of the local market and corporate sales opportunities is advantageous.
