Boundless Life is redefining the way families live, work, and learn by empowering them to embrace a nomadic lifestyle that fosters deeper connections and personal growth. We provide family-friendly accommodations, an innovative education system that travels with you, and vibrant communities of like-minded individuals. Our mission is to create immersive "live abroad" experiences that balance professional commitments with enriching personal development.
Since our founding in 2021, we've rapidly expanded to six locations across Europe, Asia, and soon Latin America, bringing together over 140 team members from diverse backgrounds. Our growth reflects our commitment to transforming the experience economy and making a meaningful impact on how families integrate work, education, and exploration into their lives.

At Boundless Life, we believe in the power of community and the importance of a holistic approach to education. Our programs are designed to inspire curiosity, build resilience, and nurture a global perspective, preparing children for an ever-changing future.

Join us in pioneering a new way of living that harmoniously blends work, learning, and adventure, enabling families to thrive in a connected and dynamic world.

🙌The role

We are seeking passionate, dedicated Educators to join our 13-14-year-old Trailblazer group, as well as facilitate interdisciplinary learning experiences that encompass a wide range of other subjects. In this role, the successful candidate will be an integral part of delivering our curriculum as core subjects, while also supporting these subjects and others within our place-based interdisciplinary units called "Quests."

The educator will be responsible for actively engaging students in a personalized learning journey through unique learning experiences that embrace local contexts in each destination.

We will provide you with training, guidance and on-going support to set up and implement the Boundless Education concept.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Math and Science Curriculum Execution: Deliver different elements of our Math and Science curriculum while ensuring that lessons align with the established learning outcomes/objectives that are mapped to the place-based learning experiences.

  • Facilitation: Facilitate interdisciplinary learning experiences and projects that also have a broad range of other subjects outside the scope of our curriculum.

  • Lesson Planning and Execution: Deliver lessons that will complement the hands-on learning that will happen in our predesigned place-based learning experiences.

  • Differentiated Learning Support: Understand how to adjust the pacing, depth, and breadth of the curriculum content to meet individual students' needs, while ensuring that key learning objectives are met for all. Assess students' knowledge, skills, and readiness through various formative assessments. This provides them with real-time insights into where students are excelling or struggling.

  • Continuous Assessment: Monitor and assess student progress with routine verbal and written feedback aligned to specific learning objectives.

  • Student Goal-Setting: Support students to set achievable learning goals, supporting their progress through individual mentorship and guidance.

  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively and effectively with the curriculum team, fellow educators and location specific staff to deliver an aligned educational experience, actively participating in team meetings, planning sessions, and feedback loops.

  • Student Duty of Care: Provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment, ensuring student well-being in all aspects of their learning experience.

  • Community and Belonging: Cultivate a positive class culture that promotes a sense of belonging and community among students.

  • Holistic Well-being: Support students’ holistic development, nurturing their physical, social, and emotional health.

  • Parent Communication: Provide weekly updates to parents on student progress, achievements, and areas for growth.
