We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Brand Strategist to join our growing marketing team. This role will be instrumental in shaping and evolving the CPS Insurance Services brand across all touch-points.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's business objectives and target audience preferences.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and consumer behaviors that inform brand positioning.
Define brand elements, including brand architecture, messaging, value proposition, voice, and tone, to ensure consistency across all channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to integrate brand strategies into business initiatives.
Create brand guidelines and standards to maintain brand integrity and coherence in visual and verbal communications.
Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies to optimize brand awareness and perception.
Plan and execute brand activation campaigns, events, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Conduct brand audits and SWOT analyses to assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Develop brand positioning statements and value propositions that differentiate the company in the marketplace.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visual assets, marketing collateral, and brand campaigns.
Manage brand budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Monitor and analyze competitor branding strategies and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Present brand strategies, recommendations, and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative brand strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or a related marketing role.
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using market research tools and data analysis techniques.
Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required.
