Position Summary
Mashgin is looking to hire a talented and driven Account Executive for our sales team. You will be responsible for end-to-end deal management in your territory; from prospective to closing, and expansion. Typical new business sales are in the $20k to $200k ARR range and require managing multiple stakeholders. Mashgin is a well established technology, but we are looking for sales professionals adept at bringing new technologies to new verticals and markets as we continue to expand. This is an individual contributor role, but requires someone who is a team player and passionate about Mashgin's technology.
This person must be located in the Pacific Time Zone.
You Will Be
Prospecting and building pipeline for new verticals via outbounding, attending events, collaborating with marketing on ABM campaigns, and leveraging our existing install base for referrals
Aggressively driving new business revenue that ensures strong profitability
Building strong relationships with prospects and customers over a long-term selling cycle, including expansion
Assisting the project management, deployment, and customer success teams in execution and client retention
Demonstrating our product suite and technology offerings to prospective clients, and becoming a product expert on the technology
Rolling up your sleeves to get things done full cycle from sales to customer success and beyond
Helping to build a repeatable sales motion in new verticals
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years in business-to-business sales focused on new account generation
Strong track record of prospecting and pipeline generation in addition to consistent quota over-achievement
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
Experience interacting with senior executive and selling at the C-level
Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the United States
Experience working in a fast-moving, small startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling into Healthcare and Higher Education
Experience selling large, complex SaaS contracts
